Pair Traditional Plaids with Modern Silhouettes

The unique shapes and modern lines paired with traditional tartan can create an interesting juxtaposition that’s eye catching and dynamic. We love how unexpected this look is!

Mix Multiple Plaids

You might think that mixing several plaids would give you a mad hatter effect, but actually the look can be very tasteful if done correctly. Mix and match plaids that are in the same color family (analogous colors), or use complementary colors, like orange and blue. Pair the collection with a neutral plaid to ground the mix. We like to keep the mixing to around three or four plaids to avoid things getting too crazy.
